Mrs. Schank lives in Parkville , Missouri with her husband, James, and
daughter, Ivy Rose. Her writing has appeared in many publications such as
Highlights For Children magazine and School Library Media Activities
Monthly. Susan is also a Library Media Specialist in the Kansas City ,
Missouri School District. When not writing, working, or spending time with
her family Susan sings with the Kansas City Symphony Chorus, volunteers
for Lakeside Nature Center, and is a Daisy Girl Scout Leader .
